• How long does it take to order a Kitchen / Bathroom?

It usually takes 4-6 weeks to order, however in certain circumstances even this can be reduced depending on the style chosen.

• What is the free planning and design service, and is it ' no obligation'?

The planning and design service we offer is completely free, we can visit you at home, take measurements and discuss your individual needs, and any special requirements you may have. We use specialised software to design your room, so that when you come to the showroom to see the designs, we can give you a computer generated image of your new room, helping to visualise the project. During the presentation you can discuss the design and costs in detail until you are completely satisfied. You are under no obligation to purchase from us until you are completely satisfied.

• Is it better to have solid wood door instead of a 'vinyl / foil' wrapped door?

Durability is no longer an issue as the quality of the doors is now so good that price and appearance tend to be the deciding factors.

All our kitchens and bathrooms are guaranteed for one year, and this covers all of our installation work. The products we promote are covered by the manufacturers guarantee, but in the unlikely event that your appliance should be faulty, you can either contact the manufacturer direct or alternatively, you can contact us and we will arrange the service call for you.

• What else do Talk Kitchens and Bathrooms do?

We offer a full project management service, so any building work, tiling, flooring, decorating, plumbing, plastering or electrical work can be arranged by us and can be included in the cost of your new kitchen or bathroom. We also organize and manage the refurbishment of any property abroad you may have.

• I am looking for maximum storage - what height are your wall units?

As your kitchen is bespoke, we can fit any height wall units, to suit your needs from full height units to small space saving units.
